Dwayne “The Rock”Johnson is heavily rumored to be a part of WrestleMania 40 this year in April. But the event is still three months away. The WWE Universe did not have to wait that long to see the pro wrestler-turned-Hollywood actor return to the ring.

On the WWE Raw Day 1, he returned to WWE, getting a warm welcome from the WWE Universe. With his return this week, fans are now more hopeful that he may also appear at the 2024 Royal Rumble event (scheduled for Saturday, January 28, 2024). Here are the three plausible ways how he could be a part of the event.

1. Dwayne Johnson may interfere in Roman Reigns’ match at the 2024 Royal Rumble

The WWE Universe has been asking for Roman Reigns and The Rock showdown for a long time. And at Royal Rumble, the fans’ wishes may come true. During the event, 30 men will enter the men’s Royal Rumble elimination match to win a chance to face any competition or opponent of their liking. Every year, Royal Rumble matches are full of surprise entrants. This year, Johnson could be one entrant in the match, surprising everyone just like he did on the first episode of 2024 Raw.

3. Johnson may either challenge or aid Cody Rhodes

According to the buzzes going around, it is being said that Cody Rhodes is the one who will win the 2024 men’s Royal Rumble match and challenge Reigns once again at Mania this year. But ‘The Brahma Bull’ has also been dropping hints of having a Mania match with Reigns.
