Speaking of his first-ever televised loss, it came at the This Tuesday In Texas PPV when he lost his WWF Championship to Hulk Hogan. This was not a clean victory, thanks to the ‘Nature Boy,’ but is still Taker’s first loss on PPV.
The ‘Phenom‘ is also synonymous with several gimmick matches too, most notably the Casket Match. His first ever Casket Match loss came at the hands of fellow BSK pride member and on-screen rival Yokozuna.
Throughout his 30-year long career, The Undertaker never lost a single match via submission. Yes, you read it right – not a single loss via submission. Although he has tapped to the likes of Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar, the referee didn’t see it and hence; it isn’t in the record books.

Just as The Undertaker’s name is synonymous with several gimmick matches, his name is also synonymous to WrestleMania. The ‘Deadman’ held an impressive 21-0 undefeated streak at WrestleMania. It was a streak that many believed would never break, but it did.
Brock Lesnar broke The Undertaker’s streak at WrestleMania XXX. The loss shocked the entire world and generations of fans. Losing at WrestleMania wasn’t something people expected from The Undertaker, but Vince McMahon thought Brock needed that rub.
