The women’s division in the WWE has seen significant changes in the last few years. However, most of the credit goes to Chief Branding Officer and WWE Superstar Stephanie McMahon. The ‘Billion Dollar Princess’ Stephanie McMahon has been a pioneer in helping the women’s roster grow. In addition, she has provided female WWE Superstars with outstanding opportunities on WWE television.

Indeed, many young girls look up to The EST of WWE as their inspiration to achieve more in life. Before stepping into the WWE, Bianca Belair was also a former track and field athlete.

Why exactly does Bianca Belair look up to Stephanie McMahon?

Belair, ahead of the Kentucky Derby 2022, sat down with NBC Sports’ ‘On Her Turf‘ to talk about how women can be a powerful influence in every field. In addition, the EST of WWE admires Stephanie McMahon for revolutionizing the women’s division in the company. WWE Raw Women’s Champion idolizes the ‘Billion Dollar Princess’ because she’s not just a businesswoman but a wife and a mother and manages everything perfectly.

Belair said, ” (There’s also) Stephanie McMahon, who I look up to. She’s just a great example that women do not have to be in a box. You know, she’s a mom, she’s a wife, she’s a boss. And she’s really just a great example for all the women inside the locker room to show what our possibilities are. Our roster is so stacked with a diverse group of women that represent what it means to be a woman in their own personal way.”

Even though on-screen Stephanie McMahon mostly had the heel role in WWE, she undoubtedly played an essential part in providing a safe place for the female superstars. Bianca Belair also credited WWE Hall of Famer Molly Holly and Sara Amato (her coach) for influencing her pro wrestling career.

What is next for the EST of WWE?

Belair defeated Becky Lynch at The Most Stupendous WrestleMania 38 to emerge victorious as Raw Women’s Champion. Last year, at WrestleMania 37, Belair defeated ‘The Boss’ Sasha Banks to grab the SmackDown Women’s title.

During the same conversation with On Her Turf, Belair discussed her future plans in the WWE. According to the EST of WWE, she has already defeated Bayley, Banks, and Lynch. But now, Bianca Belair, down the line, wants to have a piece of ‘The Queen’ Charlotte Flair.

“I’ve already defeated three out of the four horsewomen, and the only one I haven’t defeated is Charlotte Flair. So I would love to go up against Charlotte Flair and try to conquer her. So that’s really my goal for the future,” Bianca Belair added.

Currently, the EST of WWE is at the top of her game. Not only did she win two back-to-back WrestleManias, but she also capped off the victory with gold titles.
