On X (formerly Twitter), the stats from Mysterio’s total number of matches were shared by Wrestle Features. According to the stats, the 26-year-old star has appeared in a total of 10 matches on two different continents in one seven-day period. A few weeks ago, Rhea Ripley was attacked by Nia Jax while she was defending her title against Raquel Rodriguez. Due to this, it was reported that both the stars were ‘injured’ by Jax’s attack and would be off air for a while. While she was absent, Dominik Mysterio had his title defense match against Dragon Lee. Even though she was not present, Ripley still showed her support for him. After successfully defending his title from Lee, Mysterio had to defend his title from Trick Williams.

Unfortunately, he lost the match. Ripley made her return to live television after this loss. She called both Mysterio and Priest to the ring to have a word with both of them. The Eradicator showed her disappointment in both of them as Mysterio lost his title and Priest failed to devise a contingency plan for Mysterio’s match. After this, Mysterio was given a chance to redeem himself as Ripley got him a chance to get his title back. As for Priest, he had to prove that he was loyal and no instructions were given to him by Ripley.

One take at a time

For me pro wrestling has two things that I like the most, storytelling and fighting. Let’s just say movies are failing to keep me entertained in those departments. I grew up watching WWF and not WWE and any hardcore fan will agree that the two are not the same, but I love both iterations.
