WWE Raw Results: AJ Styles Becomes the Number One Contender, Drew McIntyre Teams Up with a Former WWE Champion

WWE Monday Night Raw (November 30th) featured a brilliant match between Elias and Jeff Hardy, a good segment involving The Miz and Sheamus, Lana getting her justice over Nia Jax, and the number one contender being revealed.

Here’s a recap of what went down at the latest episode and results of the matches.

Jeff Hardy vs. Elias

Jeff Hardy and Elias have been feuding since the latter returned to the ring. The storyline started with Hardy being blamed for a hit-and-run which left Elias injured.

The match was one of the best that the WWE fans have witnessed in a while.

Jeff Hardy defeated Elias after executing a dangerous Swanton Bomb.

Ricochet vs. Slapjack

This match was interesting considering the interruptions that occurred throughout. Both the Superstars were taking shots at each other, trying to secure the victory.

Mustafa Ali, the leader of Retribution, summoned T-Bar and Mace to help their fellow faction member, Slapjack. Ricochet realized this and took both of them down. As Ali tried to bring Slapjack’s attention back to the ring, Dana Brooke entered and slapped Ali.

Slapjack took this opportunity and landed a revamped back suplex for the win. Slapjack defeated Ricochet on WWE Monday Night Raw.

Xavier Woods vs. Cedric Alexander

Woods and Alexander indulged in combat that shifted the control from one to the other at regular intervals.

Woods used a power bomb but Cedric reversed it for a pin, and failed. At the end, Cedric took a suicide dive and threw Woods outside the ring.

While both Superstars made it back to the ring by the count of eight, Cedric used the lumbar check to pin Woods.

Cedric Alexander defeated Xavier Woods.

Dana Brooke vs. Reckoning

Dana Brooke slapped Mustafa Ali earlier during the night. Now, she was battling Reckoning.

Reckoning had the upper hand, but Dana fought back with all her might. Reckoning tried to put down Brooke using a kick, but missed. The former used this chance to roll up for the pin-win.

Dana Brooke defeated Reckoning.

Sheamus and Drew McIntyre vs. The Miz and John Morrison

Sheamus and the WWE Champion joined hands to take down Mr. Money in the Bank.

The match, as expected, was a hotchpotch of Superstars trying to one-up the other. Sheamus and Morrison tried to dominate the other but soon McIntyre and Miz were tagged in.

Drew was preparing for a claymore while Morrison and Sheamus were battling outside. AJ Styles tried to distract Drew using The Phenomenal Forearm, and the referee called it.

Drew McIntyre & Sheamus emerged as winners by DQ.

WWE Raw Women’s title might change hands soon

Lana & Asuka vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler

The match started with Lana and Shayna Baszler in the ring. Lana displayed an impressive set of mat skills and soon tagged in Asuka.

The duo tried to pull off tandem baseball slides but were thrown into the barricades.

Coming to the end of the match, Shayna came inside the ring at the same time that Lana got to Asuka. Asuka fought for a while before bringing in Lana again.

There was a point when Lana was fading but Asuka landed a hip attack and Lana used this opportunity to pin Baszler.

Lana & Asuka defeated Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax.

WWE Champion’s next opponent revealed?

WWE Sudden Death Triple Threat Match: AJ Styles vs. Matt Riddle vs. Keith Lee

All three Superstars fought tooth and nail to secure the win. Whether it was Riddle with his swiftness, Lee with his strength, or Styles with his skills, each move was exceptional.

Towards the end of the match, Riddle and Lee tangled for quite a while. However, Riddle leveled Lee with a kick. Styles came in with the Phenomenal Forearm to secure the win.

AJ Styles defeated Keith Lee and Matt Riddle.
