One of the most awaited premium live events of the year, Royal Rumble, is scheduled to take place next month. Several men and women on the roster will enter their respective Royal Rumble matches at the event with big dreams to fulfill. Talking about the women’s Royal Rumble match, Nia Jax and Bayley have already been confirmed as entrants a few weeks ago.

This means 28 spots are yet to be filled. Royal Rumble is all about surprise returns. With that being said, let’s analyze which female superstars could make a shocking comeback to the 30-woman Royal Rumble match. Here are our three predictions.

1. Sasha Banks

The first and foremost name that comes to mind when thinking about a female superstar returning to WWE is Sasha Banks (aka Mercedes Mone). The last time the WWE Universe saw her in WWE was in 2022 when she walked out of the company with her tag team partner, Naomi.

She is currently on a hiatus due to the ankle injury she suffered at NJPW Resurgence earlier this year in May. According to the latest reports, she is planning to return to action. While rumors of her joining AEW continues to gain traction, fans are still hopeful that she will return to WWE for her homecoming. Thus, Royal Rumble might be the perfect place to make an epic comeback.

2. ⁠Alexa Bliss

Next up on our prediction list is Alexa Bliss. Just like Banks, she is also out of action. But the reason for her in-ring absence is pregnancy. She recently gave birth to a beautiful daughter in November. Her last match before her year-long hiatus was at Royal Rumble 2023, where she unsuccessfully challenged Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship.

She recently shared a picture of the match on her Instagram account. This has sparked some interest among the fans as they believe she might be hinting comeback at the Royal Rumble match this year.

3. ⁠Naomi

The last but not the least entrant in our prediction list is superstar is Naomi (who now goes by the name Trinity Fatu). As mentioned earlier, she walked out of WWE along with Banks in 2022. While Banks went to NJPW, she joined Impact Wrestling and is the reigning Impact Knockouts World Champion. In addition, she was recently crowned “Knockout of the Year.”

While she is thriving at Impact Wrestling, there is still a chance she might make an appearance at the 30-women Royal Rumble match. Last year the then-Impact Knockouts World Champion Mickie James did the same. She appeared at the women’s Royal Rumble match at #20.
