Just like Chyna, Beth Phoenix, and Nia Jax, fans have wanted to see Ripley beat up male wrestlers given her dominance in the ring. In the tag team titles match at WWE Payback, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn faced numerous external threats while fighting Finn Balor and Damian Priest. From Dominik Mysterio to JD McDonough, everyone pitched in, but the advantage truly kicked in when Ripley came out of nowhere to hit a spear through the barricade to Owens, taking the champion out of the equation.

If WWE wants to hone in on Ripley fighting men in any degree, this is the best time for it. Everyone believed that Owens was out of the match the moment Ripley speared him into the barricade, proving that fans don’t think of women wrestlers as weaker than men.
