John Cena is well-known for his social media account, in addition to his work in professional wrestling and the film business. Whether it be through his social media posts, WWE matches, or movies, Cena never fails to entertain the audience.

In contrast to his Instagram, which is full of bizarre imagery, his Twitter feed has been filled with postings that are full of inspiration. Meanwhile, MMA legend Chael Sonnen recently used his Twitter account to attack Cena.

The MMA great has made jokes in response to Cena before, so this isn’t the first time. On Twitter recently, the former UFC middleweight fighter repeatedly verbally attacked Cena. Here are a few of his tweets:

There are other tweets Chael Sonnen has made against the 16-time world champion that are similar to these. It’s interesting that despite Cena’s skill at taking absurd jabs, as seen on WWE, he didn’t respond to any of his tweets. However, any fan who has watched John Cena after his illustrious WWE run would not be surprised as The Prototype is not one to climb onto such disses or controversies.

In contrast to The Cenation Leader, Sonnen was a heel throughout his career. In light of this, it would be intriguing to watch the two of them together in a future WWE encounter. As Cena is focusing more on his acting career, he went back to Hollywood to finish his ongoing projects after losing to Roman Reigns in 2021.
