In a short clip shared by Muscle Mind Media on Instagram, Cutler articulated a surprising fact from the early days of his training. When he started out, Cutler did not train his legs for almost three years. “So when I first started training I actually had to back down My leg training,” said the quad stomp.

He briefly told the story of how he suffered and couldn’t even wear jeans because of his disproportionate physique. “I remember even in high school having trouble fitting jeans, and my thighs just because of the shape,” he said. Cutler went on to add, “Once I started training, those thighs developed, I had such a quad sweep and that’s usually the hardest body part to build and I was a huge squat. I mean, I think I squatted 700 at 19.”
