Earlier, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla only offered a 60 fps option for both the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S; the PS5 and Xbox Series X users never faced this problem as they ran at fairly stable 60 fps. The Xbox Series S users faced a lot of problems regarding this issue, as it only supports 30 fps. With this update, Ubisoft has shown that it always gives priority to users and takes matters into its own hands if needed.
In the 1.04 patch, Ubisoft has focused on fixing a lot of problems faced by Xbox Series X|S users; players will not face issues regarding frame drops and screens tearing apart anymore. Other than addressing these issues for next-gen console users, game developers also focused on improving stability and performance, and Ubisoft has also added some additional checkpoints in boss fights.
