Carlos Alcaraz details ankle injury that forced him to drop out of the Rio Open

The Spaniard needed medical care after hurting his ankle on the court just after the game’s second point. Even though the 20-year-old came back to give his opponent tough competition, he was forced to retire after losing the next game and the match with a score of 1-1.
