After winning the French Open, Novak Djokovic was once again able to rise to rank 1 again. But the gap between him and Carlos Alcaraz is not big by any means. The two have beaten each other once and are preparing for a possible face-off in Wimbledon. Alcaraz is currently playing in the Queen Club Championships, while Djokovic seems to have no match on the horizon. However, the Djoker is not sitting idle as he will face the new number 10, Frances Tiafoe.

Frances Tiafoe has made great advancements in his career in recent years. Playing the Stuttgart Open after coming off of losses, Tiafoe did not want to repeat his mistakes. He overtook each player in the tournament and triumphed. This achievement was not only special for him for his third title but also because of his entry into the top 10.

Along with a few, Carlos Alcaraz is the biggest opponent of Djokovic, who is an active player. The Spaniard is focusing on adapting his game to the grass court by playing in the Queen’s Club Championships. The only player above him, Novak Djokovic, is only focusing on the Wimbledon. As the tournament is set to commence on July 3rd, the Djoker will face the champion of the Stuttgart open.

The Serbian has not played in a tournament before Wimbledon in five years. He last competed in a championship event in 2018, when he reached the Queen’s Club Championships final, before beginning his incredible run at the All England Club, where he hasn’t lost since 2017.
