In an incredible display of athleticism, Novak Djokovic has once again captivated the tennis world with his incredible skills on the court. The Serbian superstar’s victory over Poland’s Hubert Hurkacz in the fourth round of the Wimbledon Championship left fans and pundits in awe of his immense talent.
Among those who noticed was the famous American tennis coach and former player Rick Macci, who took to Twitter to express his appreciation for Djokovic’s outstanding performance. Macci is known for his work with several former World No. 1 players, including but not limited to the dynamic Williams Sisters

Macci has a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the game. In his tweet, he praised Djokovic’s unique skills that set him apart from his peers. His tweet read: “@DjokerNole has the playbook every coach should study. Acrobatic Balance, Goat eyes, Gumby flexibility, Footwork popping the corn with extra double butter, and most of all, he can Remember to forget,” Using his own signature way of complimenting, Macci didn’t hold back on his praise for the Serbian.

This is not the first time Macci has praised Djokovic for his extraordinary abilities. In a previous encounter on the grass court, Djokovic displayed his extraordinary talent against old rival Stan Wawrinka in the 3rd round of his draw. The Serbian maestro won with a commanding score of 6-3, 6-1, 7-6(7-5). While Djokovic won in straight sets without much of a fight from recently recovered Stan Wawrinka, his athleticism was visible quite clearly throughout the match.

Impressed by Djokovic’s skills on grass, Macci also showered him with praise on Twitter, comparing him to other tennis greats like Roger Federer. “Movement on grass is so different. Roger was so graceful he was poetry in motion. Sampras was so light he was on eggshells. @DjokerNole is so nimble and balanced he can fire groundstrokes off both butterfly wings with a glass of goat milk on his head and not spill a drop,” Macci wrote, emphasizing Djokovic’s extraordinary abilities.

With his insights, Macci highlighted Djokovic’s unique style of play that sets him apart from other tennis players. Macci noticed that Djokovic plays tennis differently from other players. Federer is “graceful” on grass, Sampras is “agile”, but Djokovic is “nimble and balanced”. Macci explained that this allows Djokovic to hit the ball with accuracy and control.
