World No.1 Novak Djokovic disappointed his fans when he withdrew from the National Bank Open and the Cincinnati Masters 2021. The Serbian legend didn’t enjoy any success at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 and left home without winning any medal. As a result, he is now making himself ready for the US Open 2021.
There is some really positive news coming for tennis fans. Novak Djokovic has begun his practice sessions ahead of the US Open 2021. He is currently in Marbella, Spain where he is training himself hard as the Grand Slam is just less than ten days away now.

In a recent video, one can see Nole practicing the return of serve. He is one of the best returners in the sport after Rafael Nadal and is trying to improve that area. Intriguingly, many fans also came to watch him during his practice session in Marbella.

Novak Djokovic is on the verge of creating history at the US Open 2021

Djokovic has already won three Grand Slam titles this year. As a result, he will be playing to achieve his Calendar Slam at the US Open 2021. He will be really pleased to know that both his arch-rivals, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, are not playing at the Grand Slam this year.
If Djoker succeeds in New York this year, he’ll become the second male player after Rod Laver to accomplish the Calendar Slam in the Open Era. Intriguingly, it will be for the first time when any player will achieve that feat in the 21st century. Apart from this, Djokovic will also surpass both Roger and Rafa in the Grand Slam tally.
