An internet personality recently started fasting to improve his health. Ever since escaping from the jaws of death, the California native brought about a change in his life. The $5 million rich influencer maintained a bizarre diet for a stretch of 32 days and wanted to get down from 471 lbs to 225. Although he fainted on day 26, the bodybuilding enthusiast stuck by a strict watermelon diet a month ago and has confirmed the benefits. 

Given the concerns about longevity and health, the 48-year-old gave up steroids and claimed that he is now a natural. After facing a heart attack in 2021, the fitness icon realized that he needed some changes in his life. Days after busting the protein myth in bodybuilding, he spoke about the watermelon fast in a rather excited manner. Why?

Kali Muscle went for an all-watermelon diet for 32 days and saw a huge change. In the video, Kali Muscle looked cheerful and talked about his health after fasting, he said, “Doing good man.” Muscle continued about his medical tests and replied, “They got my results. I’m gonna show it to my results. Send me the paperwork. Man, they came back wow! You’re healthy as ever.” The upbeat tone of voice may have been surprising, especially after the downside during the 32-day challenge.

Even though the regimen made him pass out unconscious on the 26th day, he kept on going and completed it. After 11 sets of reps, Kali Muscle worked out with curls at the beach, relying only on watermelons. Moments later, he lost control over his senses and fainted. Muscle was carried back to his car, post which he regained consciousness. Despite his ordeal with the challenge, he was quite impressed by the improvements and thus, shared an update about his blood work with the fitness community.

Kali Muscle had previously talked about watching a video of an old priest in India who stayed healthy without having food or water for almost 90 days. Intrigued, Kali strived to follow the same idea. Along with that, his nightmarish experience with a heart attack in 2021 urged him to reconsider his past habits. Since he is on an uphill journey towards health, he also said no to addiction.

Kali Muscle abstains from addictions

After Kali Muscle eradicated certain products from his diet in a previous video, he said, “Yeah we’re done with that no more addiction. Get rid of your addiction I don’t care what it is man.” Suffering from a life-threatening situation like a heart attack changed the bodybuilder’s perspective towards life.

Kali Muscle had opened up about his steroid usage and stopped taking them. He emphasized about not having steroids. He revealed in a previous interview, “Don’t think it won’t happen to you. I thought, You know what I mean, I didn’t think it would happen to me because I was taking off every year. I thought I was eating healthy but I look back, I wasn’t.”
