Arnold Schwarzenegger has been a fitness enthusiast since youth. He started his bodybuilding lessons as a teenager and continues to work out despite being in his 70s. The 76-year-old is known for his ripped physique that turned heads on the Mr. Olympia stage. He followed a strict diet and hard training regime to build a physique that earned him the title of the Austrian Oak.
