As Mark Wahlberg became the part of F45 franchise, he has been training multiple clients and helping them with their fitness journey. Having transformed his physique countless times for movie roles, Wahlberg knows what it takes to bring a change to your physical appearance. Sharing a video of him and his team grinding early morning, he recently motivated fans with a short message.

Despite being in his 50s, Wahlberg carries a physique so well-defined that many fail to achieve, even in their prime.
