However, recently, The Titan shared a small clip on his social media to share his pearls of wisdom about the harsh truth of life. He shared that in order to do something legit with your life, you need to get better, eat properly, and follow a certain regime.

In fact, he always stays fit and promotes the same to as many people as possible on social media. Just like he did recently. Captioning the clip with, “The harsh reality of getting better,” O’Hearn left an important message. He warned, “and the harsh reality is, if you’re not trying to get better, you’re going backwards. Because time does not wait. You’re not gonna get better if you’re trying to maintain…because life goes a hundred percent past you…I know that sucks to hear but that’s what makes this so special.”
Thus, he feels life doesn’t welcome mediocrity and to stay evergreen like him, outshining age, one needs to push their barriers off limits. Moreover, per the fitness icon, the constant striving toward getting better is what will differentiate you from others. Seemingly, this clip was a blessing in disguise from the legend to the neophytes.
His message to the new-age bodybuilders

O’Hearn has previously expressed his concern regarding the abuse of PEDs by youth athletes. In a recent interview, The Generation Iron actor opened up about how the unprescribed use of steroids causes harm to the body. Seeing every passionate rookie bodybuilder leaning toward the shortcut, O’Hearn explained there’s no replacement for hard work.
He further shared how he could see them deteriorate away. To give his expert advice, O’Hearn stated, “…Give it 5 years of just consistent training, consistent nutrition, and then if you decide to go down that road, go down that road.”
