Dark chocolate, with its rich flavor and velvety texture, is not just a delectable indulgence, but also offers an array of health benefits. But according to a new revelation that Schwarzenegger mentioned in his newsletter, dark chocolates often tend to have high levels of metals present like lead and cadmium. “The poison is always in the dose…So if you don’t eat too much chocolate or have it too often, there’s no need to worry. What did Arnold reveal as the perfect number of hours to sleep?

After explaining a bit of sleep deficiency, Schwarzenegger revealed that there are no fixed hours of sleep that are essential. It all depends from person to person and on the type of work that an individual indulges in every day. “There isn’t a single “magic number” for sleep because it depends on your goals. If you want to prioritize brain health, a study of 500,000 people suggests 7 hours is what you need,” disclosed Schwarzenegger.

“But when you drop below 6 hours per night, that’s when your brain and body give you the middle finger,” said Schwarzenegger. ‘The Austrian Oak’ also mentioned that getting less than 6 hours of sleep can make you unhealthy and obese. “A lack of sleep will also make you more irritable, susceptible to depression and anxiety, and can increase the likelihood of issues with your heart,” revealed Arnold.
