The amount of discipline and determination that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has when it comes to fitness and bodybuilding is unparalleled. Having been lifting for decades now, The Rock started training in his teenage years, and his love for iron has only grown ever since. To ensure that he does not skip a workout no matter what, he has his personal gym in the basement of his house, where he trains every morning before the sun is up.

However, given the hectic schedule that Hollywood stars have, there are instances when training first thing in the morning is not possible for him. Despite the time restrictions, he ensures that he finds a way to train. His recent Instagram post caught a lot of attention from the bodybuilding sphere as he did a midnight chest workout.

Carrying a Greek-god physique even at the age of 51, Johnson maintains a physique that most bodybuilders cannot achieve even during their prime years. The ex-WWE star often shares his workout clips and training-related tips with his fans and followers using his social media. In his recent Instagram post, he admitted that even though he felt tired, he went to train nonetheless.
