A Week After Creed III Star Michael B. Jordan’s Confrontation, Muhammad Ali’s Grandson Criticizes Viral Reporter

When Michael B. Jordan, the director as well as the star of Creed III, ahead of release was promoting the movie, he ran into a reporter with whom he had a history, dating back to his high school days. The reporter who was identified as Lore’l allegedly used to call Michael B. Jordan “the corny kid”. Unexpectedly, stumbling upon Lore’l on the red carpet, Michael B. Jordan reminded her about the displeasing label that she once attached to him. After a week of the movie’s release, Nico Ali Walsh, the grandson of Muhammad Ali, alluding to the Michael B. Jordan incident, spoke about dreams.

In an Instagram post, he shared a brief clip of Jordan confronting Lore’l with the label “the corny kid”. To criticize the viral reporter, he added, “They will laugh at your dreams until you make them come true. Sincerely, The Corny Kid🤫”

Nico Ali Walsh, who was recently picked as the potential opponent for Tommy Fury, stands undefeated with 8 wins in pro boxing. Ali Walsh looks to carry the legacy established by his grandfather Muhammad Ali. While Michael B. Jordan confronted the person who called him “corny”, Ali Walsh showed his support. Lore’l, who interviewed Jordan, on the red carpet said, “The director and the star of Creed III. You know, we know each other, we go way back all the way to Chad Science [Academy] in Newark.” At this point, Michael B. Jordan replied by saying, “Oh yeah, I was the corny kid, right? I heard it.”

Caught off guard, the reporter added by saying, “I did not say that. Misquoted, for sure. You did not hear me say that. We used to make fun of the name. But yeah, he is obviously killing things out here.” Creed III has had a successful run at the box office following its release. With his direction, Michael B. Jordan impressed his fans who eagerly awaited the movie’s release.
