Adrien Broner Joins Fans in Mourning Saddening Demise of Boxer’s Mother Days Before Next Fight

Adrien Broner and the boxing world came together to mourn Albert Prince Bell‘s mother ahead of his next bout. Bell is an American super-featherweight boxer with 22 victories and no defeats. The undefeated boxer lost his mother earlier this year in the month of January. He is set to make his return to the ring on May 13 against former Olympian William Encarnacion for the North American Championship.

It would be the first time Bell would get into the ring after the demise of his mother. In an interview, reflecting on the same, the boxer revealed that he now has another purpose to compete and achieve his goals. He stated, “I got extra motivation for this fight and all my fights going forward,” Former lightweight champion Adrien Broner and the boxing world expressed heartfelt condolences.

Bell posted a snippet of a recent interview on his Instagram account in which he revealed his mindset going into his bout after the demise of his mother. The caption stated, “Mommy it’s all dedicated to you now. I got us I promise!” 

Meanwhile, Broner is active on social media, as he also penned a 6-word message to NBA star Jayson Tatum, not long ago. When he took notice of the aforementioned post, he shared it on his Instagram Story. The boxing world mourned the demise of his mother and applauded his will to compete. Boxing journalist, Elie Seckbach had a heartfelt message for the boxer. He stated, “Sorry about your loss. My condolences”

One fan mentioned how the boxer continues to make his city, Toledo, proud even during his tough phase. She stated, “Still making her proud & the whole city behind you 💪🏽🖤🌹 Let’s get it!” Along similar lines, a fan named Harry Hooper revealed that they were not aware that the boxer’s mother had passed away and wished the best for his future. He stated, “Dude we had no idea you were going thru all that. We at @boojitsufighting send our love and condolences”

Another fan named Reem showed support for the boxer, stating, “let’s go brother, we riding w/ u!” Lastly, another boxer named Anthony Sims Jr. revealed how he is an inspiration to others. He stated, “You inspire people watching brotha!! Keep on keeping on!!”
