Is there something that Roy Jones Jr. can’t do? The former four-division champion was a freak specimen inside the ring. His boxing skills put him ahead of everyone in the competition. That is why he is one of the few boxers to win a world title in middleweight, super middleweight, light heavyweight, and heavyweight division. However, his skills as an athlete were not only limited to boxing. The 1988 Olympics silver medalist was a huge basketball fanatic and a brilliant player as well. He used to play professionally in the United States Basketball League for the Jacksonville Barracudas while boxing simultaneously.

The 5’11 boxer still reminisces about those times whenever he gets the chance. On Tuesday, he uploaded a throwback post on his Instagram to bring the boxing and basketball world together.
