David Benavidez Makes a Surprising Offer to Rapper Blueface After Caleb Plant Win

David Benavidez has recently overcome the obstacle of Caleb Plant with a unanimous decision. And he’s been getting praise from all around, and every boxing fan is getting ready to see him go against his nemesis, Canelo Alvarez as soon as possible. Even Benavidez wants it to happen, as recently he even sent out a warning to Alvarez where he told him that he cannot run away for long, as ‘The Mexican Monster’ will find a way to get to him. Benavidez really wants to fight Alvarez to prove that he’s the best in the division and could also be the best fighter out of the lands of Mexico.

Not only boxing fans, but even people belonging to other fields are rooting for Benavidez, especially after the extraordinary performance against Plant. Many NBA players are praising his achievement and even some rappers are also congratulating him. And recently, ‘The Mexican Monster’ got on a call with the famous rapper, Blueface, and it was caught on camera for all boxing fans to see.

David Benavidez wants to train with Blueface

The video was shared by ESNEWS where the reporter captured a segment of David Benavidez and Blueface’s phone call with each other. So, there was a chance that Blueface was congratulating him for the Caleb Plant win, as Benavidez was talking about how he appreciates the support and will always be grateful for it.

Then Benavidez asked Blueface, where he’s currently training for working on his boxing skills. Then ESNEWS reporter jumps in and tells Benavidez that Blueface has been training in Los Angeles. After knowing that, Benavidez gave Blueface an offer that he could never refuse.

Benavidez said, “I probably- I miss you at Washington dawg. I probably pull up on you in Cali bro, we’ll get a little training session in.” Now, this makes sense, as Blueface talked about how he was trying to learn boxing when he and his girlfriend Chrisean Rock went on Mike Tyson‘s podcast, Hotboxin’. And Tyson even gave Blueface a blunt verdict on his boxing skills in that episode.

Then the call ended after Benavidez showed his appreciation for Blueface’s kind words after the win. But then, the ESNEWS reporter talked about his relationship with Blueface in real life.

Benavidez and Blueface have been hanging out together

The reporter then stated that the whole phone call was amazing. Then he starts to tell Benavidez about how Blueface and his girlfriend are currently trending throughout the whole internet. And that’s when Benavidez did the revelation about his relationship with the American rapper.

He said, “Yeah I’ve been a friend with Blueface for a while now“. And then he also stated that he loves his songs, and he was trying to remember his favorite Blueface song but couldn’t do it. Then the reporter asked him whether it is a good feeling getting praised from all directions. To which, Benavidez replied that it is definitely a great feeling.
