Devin Haney doesn’t like to back down. The reigning undisputed champion made headlines after this controversial win against Vasyl Lomachenko. And even though the champion could keep his title intact with him, many were against the win ruled out in his favor. On the contrary, the Ukrainian had beacons of support from all boxing fans and professionals. Moreover, this news touched some spaces in Hollywood as well. British actor Tom Holland recently made some bold remarks in favor of Loma.

Holland favored Lomachenko over Haney for the fight between the two. He made a striking comment regarding the result of the fight. This has not sat well with the reigning champ, who was not hesitant to let the remarks slip away without him reverting back to the comments made by the Hollywood actor.

‘The Dream’ slams Tom Holland
In an interview, Holland expressed his thoughts regarding the fight between Lomachenko and Haney. He claimed that Lomachenko is his “favorite fighter.” He was really bummed by the Ukrainian’s loss to Haney. Holland said, “Did you see his last fight? He is my favorite boxer; in his most recent fight, he lost. They went against him.” The actor even revealed his request for a rematch between the two.

It seems like Devin Haney was not really pleased with the Brit’s comments about the fight. He was not hesitant to rope in Holland’s love interest and actor, Zendaya, into the picture to slam back at the actor. While taking a dig at Holland for his remarks, Devin wrote on his Twitter, “I always had a thing for Zendaya.” It is safe to say that Haney knows how to get back at someone with just his words.

Will there be a rematch between Devin Haney and Lomachenko?
Many fans have remained eager to know whether these two Lightweights will go at it again in a rematch. But, unfortunately, there has been no confirmation for a potential rematch between these boxing icons. It should be noted that Lomachenko’s team filed an official plea to recheck the scorecards for this fight. But, there has been no official response to the same.
