Rolly Romero has deemed Isaac Cruz a more difficult opponent compared to Ryan Garcia. At least, that is what he claims is the reason behind his switch from Garcia! Romero in the lead-up to the fight against Cruz, scheduled for March 30 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, got into the whole will they, won’t they situation with Garcia. Then, the news of his separation from Coach Bullet, aka Cromwell Gordon, came to light! However, things got even worse when The Mayweather Channel shared his training footage on YouTube today.
Is Rolly Romero looking devastating?
A handful of hours ago, The Mayweather Channel shared the clip in question with a title reading, “Rolly Romero looking devastating as he prepares for Pitbull Cruz.” Romero can be seen doing some pad work with his dad inside the ring at the Mayweather Boxing Gym! Romero moved around the ring, throwing jabs and hooks while sharpening his skills.

However, these moves seem to have failed to impress the populace! Romero is coming off a ninth-round stoppage win over Ismael Barroso. But the loss at the hands of Gervonta Davis seems to be creeping in there with it. Because despite his work in the ring, the boxing world started ringing alarm bells about his training.

Fans claims Isaac Cruz will destroy Romero
Since the footage started making the rounds on the platform, Romero’s fans came in droves to express their thoughts on the clip. And surprisingly, nearly all of the comments on the video criticized the Las Vegas resident! One user suggested there’s no way Rolly defeats Cruz, even claiming that Cruz might knock out Romero worse than Davis. The user wrote, “Pitbull might put him to sleep worse ‘Than’ tank did. I’m seeing too many flaws in this clip.”
Another user cautioned that Romero’s skills in the footage would not be enough to defeat Isaac Cruz. “This not gonna be enough for ‘Pitbull,’” the user commented.
The next user echoed the same opinion while detailing their thoughts on what Romero must do. “He needs to be training to throw shots lower and working on the jab with some uppercuts mixed in. Rolly might get stopped lookin’ like this,” the user wrote.

One user penned down their predictions for the fight while highlighting Cruz’s next potential bout. “Cruz will eat all those shots while coming forward. Cruz beats Rolly. Tank vs Cruz rematch. Sells out. Amazon Prime,” the user wrote.
