Though his prime was short-lived, it was enough to turn a legend into the most spectacular phenomenon. However, in a career span of over two decades, ‘The Baddest Man on Planet’ suffered several injuries and the recovery period taught him many lessons of medical science.

Recently, on his podcast ‘HotBoxing with Mike Tyson’, he suggested the co-host and National Football League defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day of ‘Blood Spinning’ as the latter is suffering from injury.

Further, ‘Iron’ Mike warned him of getting fired if he does not showcase a good game.

Mike said, “If you didn’t do that. How do you play sports without doing that stuff? Not everybody does that I can tell you. If you don’t get enough touchdown, you’re going to be fired, ni**ga. Take your blood out spin it right back in. That sh*t is going back in you. That’s all-natural. It’s rejuvenation.”

“How could that be illegal? I don’t know, you are taking your blood spinning it real fast where it’s really light and hitting you back and what is that that’s you going in you all right.”

Notably, the whole interaction was around blood spinning. It is a quick healing process that involves extracting blood from a patient’s arm and putting the blood into a centrifuge, and then putting it back into the arm. It’s very common, but Sebastian did not use this for his recovery.

Why is Sebastian Joseph-Day out of the Game?

The 26-year-old is an emerging prospect in the defensive team of The Los Angeles Rams. However, he has been out of the game since he suffered from an injury in the chest and shoulder.

According to FOX Sports, he has undergone pectoral surgery in November 2021. However, the recovery of more than two months kept him away from the game. As of now, he is back on track with practice and his presence in the front will give a boost to the defense of the team.
