Social media personality turned boxer Jake Paul is no stranger when it comes to causing trouble. ‘The Problem Child’ stayed true to his nickname by knocking out the Houston Rockets’ mascot at the Rockets vs Minnesota Timberwolves game on Monday.

Jake Paul was in Texas after his brother, Logan Paul’s WrestleMania debut on the 2nd of April. Paul was courtside at the game where the Houston Rockets faced the Minnesota Timberwolves.

In a video posted by Paul, Houston Rockets’ mascot Clutch approached Paul wearing ludicrously large boxing gloves. Clutch then proceeds to taunt Paul and challenge him to a boxing match.

Paul gets up from his seat and downs Clutch with a debilitating right hook.

Moreover, in getting knocked out, Clutch joins the likes of Tyron Woodley, Ben Askren, and Nate Robinson.

Paul also hilariously compared his actions to Will Smith’s Oscars incident. He drew comparison to the fact that he was taunted and he reacted. He specially mentioned it in his post by captioning it, “Will Smith’d em.”

Jake Paul is not the only boxer to knock out a mascot

If knocking out mascots was a sport, Paul will not be alone in the game. Former WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder was on the news for punching the ESPN mascot as well.
