Jake Paul and Tommy Fury’s fight was one highly anticipated boxing bout of 2021. Unfortunately, the Briton ended up withdrawing from the fight due to a broken rib and chest infection. Both casual and hardcore boxing lovers were left disheartened.

‘The Problem Child’, who was also disappointed because Fury was supposedly the toughest opponent for Paul to date, as he’s a pro-boxer. Now, this fight is off the cards and Paul will face his last opponent, Tyron Woodley, in a rematch on December 18.

The change in opponent unquestionably left Paul fuming. Also, Fury was one of his top rivals, the YouTuber turned boxer was keen on getting his hands on ‘TNT’. But, for now, he won’t get to fight Fury. However, this doesn’t put an end to the rivalry the duo share.

Recently, Paul went after Fury and his lady love, Molly Mae, in his tweet.

He wrote, “Tommy is gonna have to return the Christmas presents he got Molly because he doesn’t have any way to pay for them now.”

Paul and Fury‘s rivalry came to fruition from this year predominantly. Both the young guns took wild verbal hits, thus challenging each other for a fight many times. After much rigmarole, a fight between these two was set up.

However, it seems fans will have to wait for a substantial while to see these two square off inside the ring soon.

Jake Paul has a hit list of opponents he wishes to face and ‘TNT’ holds a place in there too. Throughout the buildup of this fight, Paul seemed too open to take on the rugged Fury, who’s a pro-boxing stalwart.

Also, a lot of fans wanted Paul to fight someone around his age, and someone who’s ahead of him in skills. That being said, Paul might look to settle this unfinished business with Fury, and a fight between these two might come to life by next year.
