Javon Walton Credits Roy Jones Jr As Inspiration Behind His Jordan Shoes, Teases “Special Ones” For Saturday Night

Seventeen-year-old Javon Walton is about to step into the big leagues. This Saturday, he throws down on the undercard of a massive boxing event in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Sharing the stage with established names like Amanda Serrano and Jake Paul, Walton’s global debut is a chance to announce himself on the world stage. But Walton isn’t here for a quick spotlight. His sights are set firmly on championship glory. This fight is just the beginning of his journey, a stepping stone on his path to title contention. Moreover, Walton showcased his skills in the open workout ahead of his boxing fight, and one of the most highlighted things was his unique and chic shoes.
Javon Walton and his family were on a whirlwind trip to Los Angeles. They thought they had time to prep for an audition for a new HBO show called ‘Euphoria’, and maybe even snag an acting coach. But Hollywood had other plans. However, as of now, Walton has decided to put a halt on his acting career for now.
His decision was further solidified after the fans got to see him in the open media workout of the Amanda Serrano-Nina Meinke fight. Furthermore, Walton’s shoes grabbed a lot of attention, as they resembled that of Roy Jones Jr‘s style Jordans. Walton stated, “So, the creative process behind my boot is I kind of took a lot of things, Roy Jones Jr. had on his boxing boots a long time ago. And I’m kinda making it into Jordan 11. I’m trying to bring fashion into boxing.”

Furthermore, he also promised fans that his boots on the fight night would surprise his fans even more since they would be more flamboyant than these. Despite all these ornamental accessories, Walton is locked in and has a lot of aspirations for his career in boxing.
