After months of uncertainty, it is still hard to decipher whether the former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua will face Oleksandr Usyk in the rematch or not.
However, talking about a rematch between Joshua and Usyk, UFC commentator Joe Rogan recalls former unified heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr. In the biggest upset of the year 2019, the heavy underdog Ruiz Jr. thrashed champion, Anthony Joshua. Later they went for the rematch.

On Mexican Boxing Fans, Joe Rogan took the mockery out of Andy Ruiz’s loss in the rematch. Roasting ‘Destroyer’ Joe Rogan said, “Ruiz didn’t get back on the Horse that’s the difference Ruiz got in the Kitchen.”
Joe Rogan gave a sarcastic tone to the reasons Andy Ruiz Jr. gave in the post-fight press conference after loss in the rematch.

Andy Ruiz Jr. sent a spark through the boxing world in the first battle against Anthony Joshua. He knocked champion Joshua down several times and finally seized him in the seventh round. Ruiz Jr. proved in the Madison Square garden that grit and skills count in the end. Joshua amazed everyone and accepted his defeat and came back for rematch months later.

This time Ruiz was stepping in the ring after partying for months. He was not in the shape. He gained weight and didn’t train enough, which cost him. Throughout the fight, Ruiz seemed tired. His footwork didn’t work out, and he lacked accuracy in punches.

“Me, my dad, and my team were talking…I should have listened to them. I think we started [training] too late. Three months of Partying, celebrating, affected me. What can I say?”
On the other hand, Joshua toiled hard for the rematch in the Gym. AJ turned the table on Ruiz. He won the fight by unanimous decision and took back all the belts.

Henceforth, Andy Ruiz Jr. had made comeback against American Professional boxer Chris Arreola. Though he was knocked down by the challenger in the third round, he was able to win the fight by unanimous decision.
