There is no denying that Laila Ali is one of the biggest names in women’s boxing aside from the fact she is boxing legend Muhammad Ali’s daughter. She retired undefeated having secured the WBC, WIBA, IWBF, and IBA female super middleweight titles. Moreover, she also won the IWBF light heavyweight title. It is also a known fact that she is an avid aesthete of pop culture. In fact, she recently took to social media to share an excerpt from Divorce Court.

Divorce Court is a court-based reality TV show. Notably, this series is focused on resolving issues among couples who are going through a divorce. First aired in 1957, it is considered one of the longest-running syndicated television programs. The page recently shared a snippet from Season 14 Episode 93, which was presided over by television arbitrator, Lynn Toler.

During the episode, the plaintiff narrated a rather intriguing story involving her former partner.

She said, “When I’m sleeping, he wants to bring like potato salad to bed. He wants to put it on my back. Next thing I know he’s licking it off my back, eating it off of me. He loves candied yams. I’m sleeping in bed laying next to him. Next thing I know, I got a yam going up my leg.”

Ali on the other hand was intrigued by the statements made during the episode. She went on to share the same as an Instagram story with laughing emojis.

Ali is known for not having any hesitations while voicing her opinions. And her social media accounts have often been vehicles in her quest for the same. In fact, she recently took to Instagram to talk about ‘potent endocrine disruptors’ in drinking water.

Author, Dave Asprey shared a story about the high levels of Atrazine in water. This in turn was also causing the feminization of marine life. Ali, on the other hand, reshared the story. And also went on to accuse chemical companies of polluting the water sources.
