YouTube sensation Jake Paul lost the biggest fight of his career against Tommy Fury in a close split decision favoring the latter. However, there was a bet made at the pre-fight press conference that only added to the stakes of this fight. One such bet was when Paul offered John Fury his entire purse if Tommy won the fight.

With this now coming true, John Fury was quick to call out the Paul brothers and ask them to honor their bets. However, Logan Paul has clapped back at the boxing coach claiming that he never signed a contract that made Jake Paul legally bound to pay his bet. Moreover, he even revealed how the Furys refused to sign the contract when it was presented to them.

Jake Paul, the moment of truth. Again I say it. You lost the fight, we had a deal in front of millions of people. Don’t come back at me with what contact and all that bull crap. Am a gypsy can’t read right maybe won’t understand it. We were over there to do a job and we’ve done it. Pay up,” said Fury.

Despite the verbal claims, there were no written contracts signed. However, the two parties agreed to the bet verbally, and shook hands on stage. Moreover, Logan paul revealed that when asked about why he did not sign the contract, Fury was quick to change the subject. This might be the reason ‘The Maverick’ was not shy to call out Fury on his podcast Impaulsive.

Logan Paul slams John Fury on his podcast

In a recent episode of his podcast, Paul claimed that he along with a cameraman confronted Fury about not signing a written contract. However, he added that the boxing coach wanted to change the subject as soon as he was confronted. He also stated that the Furys would not have paid them if they lost the bet.

“When John Fury was watching you get your hands wrapped he was f****ng. Brandon was antagonizing him and he goes about that contract about that purse, Why Didn’t you sign it? and John Fury cowers into a ball and goes let’s talk about boxing and I’m like stunned cause I’ve seen this dude in real time. The first time showing his hand they weren’t willing to actually sign the contract and after the fight. Now that they have won, they talk about being gypsies and how they can’t read and expect me to pay up something that they would never 1000 percent would have never paid if you won the fight,” said Paul.
