“Someone mentioned Mike Tyson. My lawyer mentioned it and he’s like, ‘Nah, Tyson will rip your head off, you don’t stand a chance.’ I’m like, ‘I just went through all this.’ You can’t tell me I can’t beat Mike Tyson. He’s old, old,” Paul said during the recent episode of his podcast “IMPAULSIVE”.

Could we see Mike Tyson take on Logan Paul in the future?
Many consider Tyson as one of the all-time greats in the sport of boxing. The 54-year-old pioneered the new age rough talk that we see modern fighters indulge in often. Tyson, in the latter part of his illustrious career, was known for his fiery call-outs of the heavyweight division’s top prospects. His knockouts were vicious and so was his way with the microphone before and after fights.
Retired from professional competition since 2005, Tyson picked up his boxing gloves one more time. He recently faced Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition bout and raised money for various charities. The Tyson-Jones fight sold approximately 1.6 million pay-per-view buys.

“My ego says so many things. But my reality is they helped boxing so much. Boxing owes these YouTube boxers some kind of respect. They should give some sort of belts because these guys made boxing alive. Boxing was pretty much a dying sport. UFC was kicking our butt. And now we got these YouTube boxers, boxing is going back. Thanks to the YouTube boxers,” he said in a press conference.
