Despite so much hype and buzz, Mike Tyson vs Evander Holyfield 3 isn’t looking likely. Although Tyson claimed to have accepted the fight for May 29, his representatives claim he misspoke. Tyson’s representative connected with TMZ and opened up on the entire scenario.

According to him, ‘The Baddest Man On The Planet’ was unaware of the fact that his team and Holyfield’s team haven’t come under terms to seal the fight. Moreover, they were far from setting up a meeting. So, Tyson’s spokesman, per TMZ, clearly put the fight off-charts and curbed the idea of a gigantic trilogy between two of the greatest heavyweight boxers ever.

Meanwhile, Tyson went live on Instagram a few days back and abruptly confirmed the fight. But that’s not how the deals are made, and with no official reports on board, it’s safe to state that the trilogy fight will not happen anytime soon.

Both Tyson and Evander Holyfield have several ventures to look for, and without boxing, their lives still hold a lot more in store. So, the pugilists and the trilogy will continue to be relevant in the sport even without no official fight date.
