Despite stepping into the ring as an underdog, Bivol shocked the whole world after he walked out of the ring victorious against one of the best pound-for-pound boxers in the world. Since that fight, the nights have been sleepless for the Mexican champion. And, he has been open about his desire to face the Russian hard hitter to get his revenge for the first fight. It should be noted that no official announcement for the rematch between the two has been made yet. But, the possibility of a rematch is not off the table for both the boxers.

A recent training clip of Dmitry Bivol has caused a stir among fans, and it can be considered as a threat to Alvarez as rematch rumors are a common thing in the sport.

Fighthub posted the training clip of Bivol on YouTube. And it is safe to say that Bivol is looking as sharp as he ever has been. In the clip, Bivol is landing monstrous punches on a body bag. And he seems calm while landing strong power punches on the bag.

Bivol keeps on landing a one-two combo on the body bag in the video. And he seems focused while training and his eyes say it all. The Russian last fought Gilberto Ramirez last year, prevailing in the bout via unanimous decision. He is yet to announce his next fight. But the fans are expecting a clash between Alvarez and Bivol this year.

On the other hand, Canelo Alvarez will be making an appearance in a homecoming fight. And he will be facing John Ryder, defending his undisputed super-middleweight title against the British professional boxer. The fans would love to see these two go the distance again. And for Alvarez to get a chance to redeem himself against the Russian boxer.
