Tommy Fury has two choices to weigh upon, for his next opponent in October. The British boxer last fought on February 26th, where he handed Jake Paul the first loss of his career by a split decision. Since then, Fury has been negotiating with another YouTuber-turned-boxer, KSI, while Paul is preparing for his bout against Nate Diaz on August 5th. But recently, KSI shed some light on the Fury fight on his YouTube channel and revealed that Fury is making it difficult for the fight to happen. Later, Jake Paul tweeted his offer to Tommy ‘TNT’ for their rematch in October.

In KSI’s last fight against the Billionaire tycoon, Joe Fournier, Fury had his seat reserved at the ringside. Although the bout ended with a controversial elbow shot, both of them had a face-off and vowed to settle things in the ring later this year. Well, now it’s seeming a bit dicey as Fury may also be considering Paul’s offer for the fight in October.

Tommy Fury puts forward his side of the story

Tommy Fury made a response video to address KSI’s harsh claims. He shared the video on his Instagram Story. The younger Fury revealed that KSI is rambling about the delay in contract signing, while he’s the one who was skeptical about the drug testing clause for this bout. And now he’s reportedly complaining about the 185 lbs catchweight.

Then Fury gave him the ultimatum saying, “This fight is 185, take it or leave it.” He continued insulting the Youtuber, by calling him a “midget” for being worried about his weight and advising him to eat more food and he’ll get there. And then at the end, Fury said, “If you don’t want to fight, I know somebody who will fight in October. Something who is ready to fight, and he will get to 185. Jake Paul, if you want to run it back, let’s do it. Fine by me.”

He also promised to knock out ‘The Problem Child’, as last time, the fight went to the distance. So it’s still dubious, with whom he will square off in the coming months. And this is not the first time Fury has backed down during negotiation, as it took 2 years for his fight with Jake Paul to come to fruition. But it’s different this time, as KSI has only given the Love Island star until 6 pm on Monday night, to sign his contract, otherwise, he’s declared to call off the fight.

KSI questions Fury’s ability as a boxer

KSI has talked about how both of them settled to fight at 180 lbs with no rehydration clause. The YouTuber also revealed that his team agreed on making the fight happen in his hometown, Manchester. And Fury has chosen “to move the goalposts yet again”. Now, the 24-year-old is looking to fight at 185 lbs and no less.

This didn’t sit well with ‘The Nightmare’, so he asked, “You’re the one that’s been boxing your whole life. You’re the one with Fury as your surname. So why you trying to pull out,” KSI questioned Fury. Reportedly, Misfits offered the British boxer $1.7 million for this bout, and KSI, in his video, remarked that he wouldn’t get that kind of money even in Saudi Arabia.
