John Fury seems to have a way with issues that confuses followers now and then. The former boxer and bare-knuckle fight fighter, who has had problems with the likes of YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul, appears to have fixated his gaze on a new prey. And his comments are already doing multiple rounds across social media. However, Derek Chisora feels it may not be the most prudent of words or actions.

Fans are yet to forget the shirtless pics of Tyson Fury’s father going viral across the net as he called out Jake Paul present at the ringside of Tommy Fury‘s match. Even when a fight between his son and Paul became inevitable, Fury Sr. never shied away from ranting at the American, telling him that he would need a stretcher to go out. In an interview with iFL TV, he reportedly used choice words against Matchroom Sports’ Eddie Hearn

Derek Chisora to John Fury – not that way

So when the reporter asked for his response to Hearn and Anthony Joshua refusing the September bout offer in Wembley, John Fury said, “…..that man is a total p**k and you know when I see him smack! right in the ear-hole, and I mean that.” Calling Joshua a gentleman, Fury Sr. added, “… he’s done what he can for this country, but I’ll tell you now, if he comes round John Fury I’ll backhand that bum.

The reporter asked what precisely (presumably Hearn) did to warrant his anger. John Fury said there wasn’t anything, but he was about to receive the biggest jolt he could ever imagine. And it will be so severe that he might not even consider returning to boxing.

Later when iFL TV caught up with Derek Chisora about John Fury’s statements, the former Inter-Continental Heavyweight champion replied, “...then he’ll go to jail. You want to go to jail, John Fury. Do you don’t be slapping a businessman who’s wearing a suit. You go to prison. It’s simple as…” According to him, possibly in a similar situation, if he comes across Hearn, then he will try to walk past the Matchroom boss. However, if he decides to face and slap him, he will approach the police and file a case.

Finally, on his part, Eddie Hearn seems to be taking the entire incident lightheartedly. Speaking to ‘Boxing Social,’ he said, “It’s a bit of a mismatch isn’t it, what’s the point in John Fury giving me a clump.
