Boxing fans are well acquainted with the heavyweight king, Tyson Fury, taking up unusual boxing regimes. The champ isn’t a fan of ordinary workouts and he often lights the entire gym atmosphere by looping everyone in his stringent training routines. However, these regimes might appear formidable to anyone watching from the outside.
Recently, Fury dropped a video on his Twitter handle, wherein he was seen working on his ribs and upper body. For this, Fury also had fellow heavyweight, Joseph Parker, on the team, and they trained with a medicine ball.
Everyone did the training drill of hitting the medicine ball on ribs and upper body lightly. However, when ‘The Gypsy King’ got the ball in his hand, he hammered it on Parker’s ribs.

The medicine ball drill is undeniably Fury‘s favorite and the above video got tons of reactions from fans.
Furthermore, the WBC heavyweight champ, was at the forefront of training his brother, Tommy Fury, for a fight against Jake Paul. Fury did this drill with his younger brother, too. And a few days later, it was reported that ‘TNT’ suffered a broken rib and chest infection, because of which he pulled out of the Jake Paul fight.
It was unclear whether Tommy Fury’s rib injury was caused by his brother’s medicine ball drill. But, it gave the fans to talk about this juncture. Moreover, ‘The Problem Child’ even went after Tyson Fury for the same.
