With that, he went right on top by securing the WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO heavyweight titles. Now, Usyk sits at the most decorated yet vulnerable spot as he’s open to taking on every heavyweight biggie from hereon.
But keeping all of it aside, the unified heavyweight king is relishing his off time in the sport. That said, he’s marking his presence in some of the most pristine spots, and recently, Usyk visited a children’s cancer ward too.
‘The Cat’ might be a terrifying fighting name in the fight fraternity. However, he’s totally opposite outside the squared circle.

Oleksandr Usyk relished his time with children and even let some young guns show off their fighting prowess. He had an interaction with them, gave his autograph, and even passed on some of his boxing lessons to a kid who donned the boxing gloves.
The Ukrainian fighting stalwart is eager to get back in action. For now, he is contractually obliged to confront Anthony Joshua, who’s triggered the rematch clause long back. But a few months back, Usyk and his team also seemed keen to chase a fight with WBC champ, Tyson Fury.

However, nothing noteworthy came into the picture and Fury’s fight with Dillian Whyte got confirmed. Now, Usyk has no other option but to face Anthony Joshua again, and possibly advance for an undisputed title fight ahead.

Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk’s teams are yet to roll out a date on a rematch between the two men. But, looking at the current stage, there are fewer chances of this fight happening in March.
