Logan Paul’s Friend Helps YouTuber Who Sneaked In to Watch UFC 284: Islam Makhachev vs. Alexander Volkanovski

Watching a fighter such as Volkanovski face to face, and even walking out with the legend as he makes his way towards the octagon, is a thing a lot of fans would give anything to achieve. However, a YouTuber just showed that it is an easily achievable feat. Not only did the YouTuber walk out with the featherweight champion, but he also managed to watch the whole fight from the ringside. YouTuber MikeyT recently posted a video that has made headlines and made people wonder how easy it is to do the same for them as well.

YouTuber managed to get into UFC 284 without a ticket and snuck into Alexander Volkanovski’s entourage. He replicated a staff credential and copied the outfit of the UFC staff. He even posed as a videographer and managed to get to the media room where Jamie Mullarkey was having a press conference. Mikey then walked past security to the cordoned-off sections reserved for officials.

Mikey also saw KSI, Logan Paul and the rest of the entourage and decided to approach them. He went to the co-host of the ‘Impaulsive’ podcast Mike Majlak and asked him some questions.

Mikey asks Majlak if he was enjoying the event or if he liked Australia, to which Majlak replied how beautiful he found Australia to be. He said,“ I love Perth, I love Australia… beautiful, Perth is beautiful.“ Mikey then mischievously asked Majlak if he could tell him something. Mikey then asked, “You’re not a snitch?”

At this point, Majlak understood the situation and correctly guessed that Mikey was not supposed to be there. He asks Mikey, “You are not supposed to be here, are you?” Mikey simply replies with “No”. Majlak then says, “I know. Same as everyone else here.” Majlak then burst into laughter. Mikey explained to Majlak that he intruded on the event for a video. Majlak reaffirms to Mikey that he is not going to snitch on the YouTuber. But he simply asks Mikey, “Just don’t cause any trouble.” By keeping mum about Mikey, Majlak basically helped the YouTuber to successfully film the rest of the video. And after this, he managed to sneak in and took the opportunity to walk out with Volkanovski.

The reason behind Logan Paul and KSI’s appearance

KSI and Paul went to Australia to promote their hydration drink there. This happened after they signed a sponsorship deal that makes Prime energy, UFC’s official sports drink. In February, they said they would meet with fans in two big Australian cities and give out 2,000 bottles of their drink at each event. Fans even waited in line for over two hours before the first event in Perth. But the police stopped the event before it started, and KSI confirmed that it was canceled.

During their tour to promote their drink called PRIME. They were on a show called ‘Today’ in Australia, where a lot of people were waiting for them. The fans were told they could get free samples of the drink, so they tried to get closer to the barricade. One security guard got hurt, and a 14-year-old boy had to go to the hospital because he fell. A woman had to leave the crowd because she looked sick and dehydrated. Paul and KSI didn’t comment anything about what happened.

Despite all of this, the ease with which Mikey was able to bypass the security and go to so many unauthorized places, shows a deep concern towards the fighter’s safety. This is among the many examples that have occurred before. UFC does need to take this seriously and make sure this does not happen in the future.
