This is one of Paul’s biggest tests in his boxing stint. While talking about the same, Garcia claimed he didn’t like Paul’s boxing style. However, the Ohio native impressed him by knocking out former UFC champion Tyron Woodley in his previous bout.
Garcia also backed ‘The Problem Child’ in the fight. However, he talked little about Paul’s opponent, Rahman, as he claimed to have known little about him. In an interview with Fight Hype, the 23-year-old said, “I don’t know too much about Hasim Rahim Jr. except his last fight.”
“Yeah, I think if Jake’s improved since the Woodley fight. Because before he knocked out Woodley cold. I didn’t like how he was fighting personally. I didn’t like where he was at conditioning-wise. But if he is improved from then. I think he could beat Hasim Rahman Jr,” Garcia added.

“But Hasim Rahman Jr. has a lot of experience from his dad and whatnot, but again I don’t know too much about Hasim Rahman Jr. He’s not his father, so I can’t really say,” Garcia concluded.
Jake Paul vs. Hasim Rahman Jr.: Brief overview
Ever since ‘The Problem Child’ entered the sport of boxing, he has been under doubt about his boxing skills. Although he has had an undefeated run in his boxing career and even defeated most of his opponents via knockout, many still doubt that his wins came against experienced boxers.

Therefore, Rahman Jr. can be one of the greatest tests in Paul’s boxing career. The 31-year-old is a more experienced boxer than Paul. He has twelve wins under his name, six of which came via a T/KO.

Moreover, Rahman Jr. has lost only one fight in his entire career. Considering all these factors, he could be a good match to put Paul’s skills to the test. Meanwhile, ‘The Problem Child’ with an undefeated five-fight win streak will look to prove his naysayers by winning against an experienced boxer like Rahman Jr.
