The reggae king Bob Marley remarked famously, “Before you start pointing fingers, make sure your hands are clean.” It is as plain as daylight. If your allegations must stand on their own, they better be true. Unfortunately, only a few have absorbed the pearls of wisdom. Anthony Pretty Boy Taylor, the training partner of Jake Paul for sure, is yet to join those ranks.

Nevertheless, the mixed martial artist turned pro-boxer had made a name for himself outside the ring in the most dramatic fashion. When not busy smacking fighters who displeased his benefactors, Pretty Boy takes to social media slamming the unfortunate few who fail to stand up to his worldviews. But the recent spectacle on Twitter went a bit too far.

Anthony Pretty Boy Taylor is controversy’s favorite child. In the latest round, the serial inflamer post tweeted BoxRec stats of two boxers, Joe Fournier and Idris Virgo. Taking a cue from the duo’s pre-boxing careers, the Alameda native mocked them for not facing a bona fide fighter so far in their careers.

But fate had other plans. Cody Durden, a thirty-one-year-old native of Covington, Georgia, is the latest entrant to UFC rolls. His professional mixed martial arts record stands at fourteen wins against four losses and one draw.

The part-time construction worker brooked no refusal at Pretty Boy Taylor’s fancy-pants comments.

The UFC Flyweight launched a snappy comeback as he highlighted Taylor’s dismal record. Standing at three losses against two wins, Durden probably had the mirror shown to the Pretty Boy.

Taking umbrage at such a public slight, the latter threatened to beat the Flyweight into smithereens.

Other controversies Anthony Taylor got involved with

Even recently, in Dubai, Jake Paul‘s training partner ensured cameras never budged from their focus on him. From the time when he spoke out of turn at Floyd Mayweather‘s press conference to slipping away when The Money invited him for a sparring session and a very public wrestling duel with Fincham, Taylor ensured the camera followed him everywhere.

Watch Out for More: Dillon Danis’ revelations on Jake Paul’s fights

Taylor did not rest on his middle-east laurels. Instead, the orthodox boxer vented his anger on Dillon Danis, Conor McGregor‘s sparring partner. Danis’ crime – he punched and left KSI high and dry at their weigh-in in Austin. Pretty Boy chased him down and, in the ensuing melee, hit Danis straight in his face. The incident’s video has a fan following of its own.

It may be time; the thirty-three-year-old takes some notice of the reactions his tweet invited. Putting his house on order while he’s still young could be more prudent.
