While talking on the Morning Kombat, host Luke Thomas asked Jake Paul about the rehydration clause. The 25-year-old explained, “We are fighting at 200 pounds. He has to weigh 200 pounds on Friday. On Saturday morning, he can weigh as much as 215 pounds, and then the night of the fight he can weigh as much as he wants.”

He further added, “New York State Athletic Commission wanted to put this in place because they were worried about him having such a crazy size advantage. They almost didn’t wanna sanction the fight because they were concerned about his experience over mine.”

Earlier fans were disappointed as Fury canceled the fight. However, now the anticipation for the match is steadily catching pace and fans are eager to witness this clash. 

Jake Paul reveals who is the tougher opponent between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz 

‘The Problem Child’ is known to create controversies by calling out some of the biggest names in combat sports. His “delusional optimism” makes him eager and confident about fighting the A-list fighters of this era. Recently, he expressed his thoughts about UFC icons Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz. 

He was asked on the Morning Kombat show about who is a tougher opponent between McGregor and Diaz. Paul replied, “I think Conor, just because of his experience in the ring with Floyd. He’s definitely a better striker. Nate gets hit a lot more.”
