In the recent episode of the ImPaulsive podcast, Jake Paul revealed the pay-per-view buys of Silva vs. Paul. Despite it being, so far, Jake Paul’s biggest fight in the ring, the PPV numbers, according to Paul, were upsetting. On the show, elder brother Logan Paul asked ‘The Problem Child’ the number of pay-per-views the fight had got yet.

Looks like Jake Paul is not satisfied with numbers he might receive. Despite Paul and Showtime’s strategy to promote the fight, the event did not bring about that huge a consumer desire. After Paul’s remarks, the clip was uploaded on Twitter by a different source. As soon as the clip was public, people reacted to it and compared Paul’s outcome with that of KSI. Here are some reactions for your brief read.

Hearing what Jake Paul had to say about his fight, a user said, “KSI did 500k while fighting SWARMZ.”

Similarly, another added, “KSI fought 2 nobodies and did 500k priced at $25 in only 4 countries. KSI is clearly A side. Not to mention sold out 20k arena while Jake did 14k”

However, one person commented saying, “That isn’t bad. Just average. Jake isn’t a star. Just average. KSI is A side and Jake is B Side. Confirmed. If it wasn’t clear already.”

While one said, “Hahaha. 200k people paid to watch him pay Silva to take a dive. Wow. Slow down the punch that knocks Silva down. Doesn’t even hit him. What a complete mockery of the sport.”

Finally someone added by saying, “I wouldn’t say it’s a flop but it’s still a tad underwhelming. He needs to lower the price if it’s just going to be a casual boxing match with no bad blood. Save the 60 bucks for when he fights guys like Nate who will actually bring the bad blood and excitement”
