‘Tyron Really Wanted This Win’- Tyron Woodley’s Coach Finally Answers Criticism Around ‘Fake Dive’

YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul took the MMA world by storm as he defeated former UFC champion Tyron Woodley in their rematch. This victory of Paul shut down many of his doubters as ‘The Problem Child’ flattened Woodley on the mat with a thunderous right hook.
However, keeping Woodley’s UFC background in mind, a faction of MMA fans believe that the fight was rigged. Notably, ‘The Chosen One’s longtime coach Din Thomas gave his two cents on the rumors.
In a sit-down with SiriusXM, Din Thomas revealed that the fight was really significant for Tyron Woodley. “That whole theory, it makes me laugh, because being in his camp, I know how serious it was. It was serious like Tyron really wanted this win back, he really wanted this fight and it was a serious thing.”

He even jokingly stated that if the fight was rigged, he wouldn’t be in Woodley’s corner and rather be chilling somewhere else. “Now, if it was a dive, I wish they told me about it because I wouldn’t have shown up and taken the night off. I’d be like partying, but that wasn’t the case. I mean, it was a real, legit fight,” Thomas said.
Meanwhile, with this being said, coach Thomas has trampled all possible rumors surrounding Woodley’s loss to Jake Paul. The fight was real and ‘The Problem Child’ was actually able to outclass the former UFC welterweight champion in a boxing match.
