After the postponement of Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk, several people wondered if ‘The Gypsy King’ would hang his gloves. However, on February 7th Fury took to Instagram and disclosed a five-fight plan he had before retiring. According to Fury, apart from the two upcoming fights against Usyk and a rematch against Francis Ngannou, ‘The Gypsy King’ must face Anthony Joshua in the ring at least twice. “I believe the fight between AJ and Tyson Fury is a big fight, is a British fight. And you know, you got a boxer against a puncher. And these fights are great fights to watch. Because who is your money on – the boxer or the puncher?” said Lennox Lewis.
“For the puncher, he has to wait for that perfect time to land that punch. For the boxer, he is always boxing. So, my thought is always on the boxer. But, you know the guy that can punch is there as well. So, it’s a 50-50,” Lewis concluded.

While Lewis did not explicitly mention who he considered a puncher or a boxer between AJ and Fury, however, considering Joshua’s record of finishing early, one can assume Anthony to be the puncher in this discussion.
