Otto Porter Jr. ended his 11-season-long NBA career earlier tonight. Despite the tough stretch in the beginning, he rewarded himself with a championship in the 2021-22 season. Coming off the bench, the veteran forward pitched in crucial points during the Golden State Warriors‘ championship run. Regardless of the success, the 30-year-old’s career didn’t seem to end on a high note, as the latest reports exposed several NBA millionaires along with Porter Jr. pointing out a key fact.
Hoopshype.com, a basketball-centered webpage dropped an embarrassing list. The list comprised the details of the top 50 highest-paid NBA players who never made an All-Star appearance. Ex-Warriors star took up the 13th spot on the list with a total career earning of $134,220,040. The list was topped by the Philadelphia 76ers’ Tobias Harris, who has a total earning of $211,814,722.

Highest-paid NBA players without All-Star appearance
The All-Star game isn’t a fair affair. For instance, players like Trae Young and Jamal Murray poured their hearts out for the team, averaging above 21 points, and still found it difficult to make it ASG. So, this list is not intended to demean the players, but just to list down the richest players who haven’t made it to the All-Star game. Sixers’ Tobias Harris holds the top spot, he is followed by Knicks’ Danilo Gallinari ($197,164,814).

At the third spot, Hornets’ Nicolas Batum ($187,838,139) is followed by CJ McCollum and Eric Gordon in the fourth and fifth spots.
