The fast food brand had a stellar start, but quality began to decline over time. Multiple fans also called the YouTuber out for the decreasing quality of the meals served. Now MrBeast has viewed the complaints and sued his food delivery partner.

MrBeast takes action against his food delivery partner

YouTube star MrBeast filed a lawsuit on July 31 against his food delivery partner Virtual Dining Concepts. The YouTuber has sued the company for damaging his reputation among the fans by serving them ‘low quality’ and ‘inedible’ food, according to the lawsuit filed. Furthermore, the lawsuit has also claimed that their partner was not heeding the multiple complaints raised by them over quality control.

According to the lawsuit filed, “Virtual Dining Concepts was more focused on rapidly expanding the business as a way to pitch the virtual restaurant model to other celebrities for its benefit, it was not focused on controlling the quality of the MrBeast Burger customer experience and products.” This lack of communication and mistrust led to the lawsuit filed by the YouTuber.

MrBeast launched his fast food service alongside Virtual Dining Concepts on November 10, 2020. Within days of its launch, it became one of the most widely ordered fast-food chains in the US. Furthermore, a YouTube video made by MrBeast promoting the brand also helped increase sales. However, things began going downhill after that.

While the fast food chain was seeing rapid global expansion, the quality of the food declined. After multiple fans came forward to raise issues, MrBeast finally responded with, “Yeah, the problem with Beast Burger is I can’t guarantee the quality of the order”. With him not suing his partners for not holding their end of the deal, the future of Beast Burgers is looking a little hazy.
