Recent leaks of the schedule for QuakeCon 2021 suggest that the event’s next week might include a Quake Remaster announcement. The schedule will feature a panel called ‘Let’s talk Quake’, which goes live at 7:30 am PT on Friday, August 20.

Even though it seemed like any other normal anniversary celebration, the site disclosed what the opening ceremony will be about, which may have ruined what we’ll be seeing. A “revitalised Quake edition” mentioned in the description, as reported by XboxEra.

The final lune seems to have piqued many gamers’ interests. It talked about the pair discussing additional content Machine Games have contributed to an expected revitalised edition of Quake.

MachineGames will also be on stage alongside iD Software throughout the event; notably the day before the ‘Let’s Talk Quake’ concert. There, they will discuss the franchise and honouring its 25th anniversary, according to the schedule.

What is QuakeCon?

The QuakeCon 2021 will be an all-digital event. It celebrates the games made by Zenimax Studio, a subsidiary of Xbox Games Studio. This means that the lies of Bethesda Softworks, iD Software, Arkane, Tango Gameworks, and more making an appearance.

You can watch the event on the official QuakeCon Twitch channel between August 19 and August 21, 2021. This year’s event organisers are trying to raise money for Dallas Pets Alive and FOUR PAWS, two animal charities.
